Q/S/E Department
Continuous customer support
The Quality / Security / Environment department is a keystone of MAP company because it is transverse to MAP activities.
The Q/S/E department is present at all levels of customer relationship (research, application or product service), but also participates in the upstream industry needs (MAP is part of ESA Working Group on REACH ref CTB- M&P WG).
MAP objective is to improve the daily Quality / Safety / Environment aspects (ISO 14001 certification and LAB7025 accreditation in progress), maintain the training of employees and ensure their safety and their working environment, while reducing the financial impact.
